It can very difficult to exercise when you are busy traveling. Finding time to increase your heart rate can be tough if you are working or just enjoying the sites which is why i'm sharing a hotel room workout that has helped me in the past.
The hotel room workout consists of a full body exercise that will get your heart rate up, and make you feel good from head to toe.
The goal of this workout is to complete it without stopping. If you push yourself as hard as you can you will find yourself struggling but feeling good at the same time.
25 Air Squats - Keep you legs shoulder width apart and squat down until your butt passes your knees.
15 push-ups - Remember to keep your back straight.
10 diamond push-ups - Keep your hands cose together for these push-ups. As close as you can!
25 air squats - Keep you legs shoulder width apart and squat down until your butt passes your knees.
30 crunches - Make your back touch the ground each and every time
15 push-ups- Remember to keep your back straight.
25 air squats - Keep you legs shoulder width apart and squat down until your butt passes your knees
30 crunches - Make your back touch the ground each and every time.
To make this excersise a bit easier you might want to play some loud music in the background or toss your headphones on. Depending on your level of strength you can chose to increase or decrease the reps.
This hotel room work out is a full body pump that will make you feel great before you take on the day. Don't forget to consume some protein after this pump as it will help you recover and burn burn off fat.
