Going on a CRUISE

Hi
yup going on a 7 day Mediterranian cruise
turns out Claires leg is really bag and I had to go to my famous plan B ... and cancelled rest of hotels we were staying at in Italy ... until Venice

We got a great deal by booking cruises.com ... they called us at our hotel on their dime ... and we booked it ...
we go to various Italian ports ... Africa (Tunisia), Spain ... France and Corsica ... fun

just subtract 1 week we are going 21 to 28
then we take train to Venice ...

after that I go to Austria and Germany for the Passion Play in Oberammergau
Ironically ... I am supposed to be going to Spain at the end of my trip ' but I think I will come home a tad earlier and blow that off ... smile

I can't imagine going on a trip less than 6 months after having surgery on my leg that I will need for WALKING. Europe is very different than the US, people walk everywhere, and it's mostly up-hill both ways :-) Yeah, bad trip to be on with a bum leg...she needs a hover-round.
